Gazzetta del Sud is an Italian daily newspaper, founded in 1952 in Messina, Italy. It is one of the most important newspaper published in the Southern Italy; has the largest readership in Calabria and is the third most read newspaper in Sicily, after the Giornale di Sicilia and La Sicilia.

History

It was founded by the Italian businessmen and member of Italian Liberal Party Uberto Bonino in 1952.

Since 2006 switched to Tabloid format.
